Admission Counsellor

We are seeking a charismatic and empathetic Admission Counsellor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, guiding them through our course offerings.
Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in enquiries and telephonic leads professionally.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fee structure, and career prospects.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions to meet targets.
- Maintain the database of student enquiries in the CRM.
- Participate in education fairs and promotional events.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience and the ability to listen to student needs.
- Prior experience in academic counseling or sales is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
