Where to Apply?
To apply for NEET (UG) 2026, applicants must complete the online registration procedure entirely through the official NTA website(s) at nta.ac.in/ and neet.nta.nic.in/. Please keep in mind that registrations made through any other platform will be considered invalid by the NTA.
Moreover, candidates will have an opportunity to rectify or modify the information in their NEET application forms if necessary. How to Register
The NTA's notice for NEET UG 2026 includes information about the NEET registration form. However, once the registration procedure begins, the following is a step-by-step approach to enrolling for NEET 2026.
Visit the official website: nta.ac.in/ or neet.nta.nic.in/
Click on the registration form link given on the homepage.
Click on New Registration.
Enter your basic details, such as name, mobile number, and email address, etc., and click on the submit button.
Enter the received OTP and get registered.
Once registered, log in using your application number and password.
Fill out the application form and upload the necessary documents.
Save, submit, and pay the fees.
Download the application form for future reference.
Documents Required
Prior to registering for the NEET Exam 2026, all applicants must ensure that they have the necessary documents in both digital (soft copy) and physical (hard copy) versions. These papers will be required for the verification of your candidature, and you must upload them to the official portal.

Filling the Application
To begin the NEET application process, log in using the system-generated application number and password. The information you submit to the application form must match the information on your Secondary School Examination or comparable Board/University Certificate.
After validating your personal information, enter your address and academic information. Here are the applicant details that you need to provide:
Please select your preferred language for the question paper, choose your exam city, provide information about your educational qualifications, and submit the necessary documents and photographs. Scan and upload the candidate's most recent passport-size photo, a postcard-size photograph, signature, and right and left thumbprints.

Proof of citizenship, category, and a PwD certificate (if applicable).

Application Fee
You can pay the fees online using debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI. Please keep in mind that, in addition to the examination cost, processing charges and GST will apply.
Following successful payment, a confirmation page for your application form will be produced. Remember to save and preserve this confirmation page for future reference.

Candidates may apply for NEET (UG) - 2026 in "Online" mode exclusively through the official websites.

The Online Application Form may be submitted on the NTA website. The Application Form will not be accepted in any other format.

Each candidate may submit just one application.
- 4.
Candidates must carefully adhere to the instructions provided in the Information Bulletin and on the NTA website. Candidates who do not follow the guidelines will be summarily disqualified.
- 5.
Candidates must confirm that the e-mail address and mobile number supplied in the Online Application Form are their own or their parents'/guardians' solely, since all information/communication from NTA will be delivered by e-mail or SMS.
- 6.
During the NEET (UG) - 2026 online application form, all applicants must upload address proof (both present and permanent address).
